Q: How do I track my order?

When you place an order you will receive status emails or text messages to the email address or phone number you provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with the tracking number. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information. sales@you-inspire.us

Q: When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, You Inspire does not ship orders to post office boxes. We are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs only.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. All payments are made on a secure server.

Q: What's your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason your item arrives faulty or broken, please email us at sales@you-inspire.us to arrange a return or exchange. You have 5 days after your purchase to do a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds for shipping times.

The full refund will be returned once the bracelet is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your refund or exchange once the bracelet is back in our possession. Please note that all shipping expenses of the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How do I care for my bracelets?

To clean, wipe with soft cloth. Avoid frequent contact with strong chemicals, such as detergent, bleach, perfume, etc. Store in a jewelry box or soft cloth. Always remember to remove your gold bands before shower or exercise. Do not wear them in hot tubs or swimming pools.
